  • Beautiful Hairpiece

I am so lusting with the hot trend in headbands right now. Those stone studded, feather and twigs are just gorgeous. No wonder celebrities dig them too. Its a perfect touch of flair from a simple bob to a glamorous up do.

    Head to
surrealprincess and check out the hair accessory trend of the season. It features Jennifer Behr collection and some of Etsy sellers.

    Ahhh, i love them all.

  • How Secured Is Your Home?

Providing a house for our family that is safe and secure is now easier with different gadgets and technology.  For OC folks like me, I am keen on security system, be it in malls, hotels, or even at our own home. Our world is ever changing and so are people. Its hard to trust anyone now and my main concern always goes to my family.

There are advance monitoring system that can aid us with home security system. A few of trusted brands has made a name for monitoring houses 24/7, like ADT Home Security in the US which is efficient in calling authorities when alarm is activated.

I hope there will be rapid developments in terms of home security especially in our country since I only heard a few company offering this service. This will hopefully decrease the number of burglar incidents in the next years.

  • Wedding DIYs

Here are some personalized materials we managed to fill in for our wedding.  Our fruit of love with the help of our immediate family.

Direction Map to our Church and Reception Venue. I think I did pretty good on creating this map as only a few people got lost. lol. This was inserted on our invitation box.

The boxes are spray painted with metallic dark brown to fit our color theme.

It contains four sheets of information about the wedding, entourage, dress code, gift registry and map. The chocolate balls are missing in this photo, I wonder who got hungry while shooting this? The colored hearts are rolled papers with different love quotes on each. To add a little flair, swarovski crystals were embedded on the word 'forever'. Geez, because diamond is forever? lol. I swear I should have made a shopping spree of this item in Dubai as it came cheaper there than in Manila.

I ordered pink and turquoise personalized napkins from Ebay. Unfortunately, our wedding coordinators missed to distribute for each table. So sad when they returned it to us after the wedding and said that they forgot it on the car.

    Will share more next time.

  • Fashion for Less

Holidays will be just around the corner and before we knew it, holiday rush is everywhere. I enjoy Christmas shopping a lot. Can you believe, I even get to start shopping for gifts as early as July? Now that I've been gone too long, I need to search and scout for shops that caters for kid's fashion clothing and the latest funky outfits.

I have a few on my list that include boys sportswear and princess clothing for my nephews and nieces. I hope they come in cheap and not hard to find or I might change some items that is available online. If I had the money, I spoiled them with Northface Jackets, Hannah Montana accessories and osh kosh toddler clothings.

I hope to get my Christmas shopping list completed on time this year. I'm seriously considering getting some items online to get rid of holiday shopping rush. But its too early to tell. Maybe a month or two and I can decide.

Oh, I forgot I need a budget too.
